| The world-renowned craft of Lace-making dates back in Limerick to 1829 and the intricate stitches, techniques and materials of that time are still in use today. Eileen Browne is one of Limerick City's best-known lacemakers and we at The Gift Box are proud to be associated with her in offering you a selection of delightful pieces of this exquisite craft. Her work hangs in such prestigious locations as The White House, Washington D.C., the Offices of our own President, Mary McAleese here in Ireland, in addition to collectors worldwide, who appreciate its beauty.
